What data we store

• — Conversation history between your Facebook/Instagram page and visitors
• — Visitor names, phone numbers, and enquiry details captured during chats
• — Your business configuration (business name, niche, working hours)
• — Facebook page tokens required to send and receive messages

How to request deletion

You can request full deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

1. 1. Via Facebook — Remove the LuxLeads AI app from your Facebook account. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find LuxLeads AI, and click Remove. Facebook will automatically send us a deletion request and your data will be wiped within 30 days.
2. 2. By email — Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or Facebook Page name associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

Once a deletion request is processed:

• — All conversation history linked to your account is permanently removed
• — Lead data captured through your chatbot is deleted
• — Your business configuration and page tokens are removed
• — Deletion is irreversible and completed within 30 days of the request
